A late Victorian / early Edwardian mahogany chest combined chest of drawers and cupboard. The upper part comprising a moulded cornice and six drawers arranged in twin tiers, the lower section with four panel doors and a plinth base. c. Late 19th / early 20th century. This item is of unusual form with its multiple drawers above four panel doors. It may have been especially commissioned to meet the needs of the original owner. It was possibly a housekeeper’s cupboard and situated in a corridor or on an upper floor landing. 195W x 59D x 172H
A Victorian oak office chest of drawers. With rounded corners and panelled sides, the top long drawer above twelve drawers with burr wood banded edges and central card apertures, on a plinth base, some bandings detached/lacking. c. Last quarter 19th century. A good quality and unusual piece, not the kind of chest that you see every day. Some bandings are missing but it does not detract from this stunning piece 153W x 54D x 108H
