The back door of the case has pierced decorated panel, this is badly broken, pieces missing and cracked, the silk backing has rotted. Kicks and scuffs to the bases of the pedestals, scratches, wear, minor losses to the drawer fronts, some handles brighter than others, splits to drawer / linings.
