A George III oak hanging corner cupboard. CONDITION REPORT: The cupboard is structurally sound. The moulded cornice is in generally good condition all round with very minor losses to the dentil work and to two small scrolls on the blind fretwork. The door is not warped. The lock is present but we do not have the key. The green painted interior is in generally good condition. The plinth base is in good condition all round. The backboards are original. There is no evidence of any woodworm.

AFTER FERDINAND PREISS (1882-1943); an Art Deco style bronzed metal figurine with ivorine head and painted metal hands, raised on triangular plinth base, height 37cm (af).Additional InformationHands are made from metal, the right hand is very loose in the fitting. Both have losses to the painted finish in numerous places. The neck has been poorly located into the body and the casting is fairly rudimentary throughout. Some visible gaps between resin neck and the metal body, particularly to the reverse. Rubbing, surface abrasions etc throughout. Loose on the stone base. Stone base with more abrasions, the head with surface scratches.
AFTER CHARLES OCTAVE LEVY; a pair of bronzed spelter figures, 'Industrie' and 'Commerce', both with impressed signatures to lower sections on turned socle plinth bases bearing plaques with titles, height of each approx 62.5cm (both af) (2).Additional InformationThe "Industrie" figure has lost the thumb of her left hand and the first finger of her right hand, "Commerce" has lost half of the first finger of the left hand, both have heavy wear with rubbing to the bronzed finish, surface pitting, discolouration, surface scuffs and dirt throughout.
