A large Majolica garden seat in the form of an elephant. Height 58 cm, length 52 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The seat is in generally good order with no significant issues. There is a firing mark across the underside edge at one side which runs up into the plinth itself. This is part of the original firing process. There is a chip to the bottom rear corner. The beige marks that you see between the elephants legs appear to wash off. There is also a small chip to the rear of the base.

There are also nibbles to all corners. The second plinth also has corner nibbles and small losses to the square base. The candlestick is currently detached below the lower knop.
