A Victorian Oak lined flame Mahogany Chest of three long over two short drawers, having an ogee fronted frieze drawer over the drawers, having circular mother of pearl lock escutcheon and turned wood handles similarly decorated, the whole standing on a plinth base. 47 1/4" wide, 44 1/2" high, 19 1/2" deep.

An oak and mahogany thirty hour longcase clock, signed Thos Russell, Lancaster, circa 1830, swan neck pediment, double acorn topped mahogany crossbanded trunk door, fluted pilasters, mahogany crossbanded plinth, 14-inch painted arched dial, date aperture, dummy winding holes, fan and floral decorated arch, four pillar movement with anchor escapement and outside countwheel striking on a bell, 226cm high A similar clock with these case features is recorded in Susan Stuart Gillows book on plates 489 and 498, pages 402 and 406, volume 1. This maker is recorded in both Loomes (Brian) Lancaster Clocks and Clockmakers and Baillie (GH) Watchmakers and Clockmakers of the World10.04.18, Case has been cleaned to a high standard, later feet, dial has been re-painted to a high standard, movement crutch is missing, with a pendulum and one weight.
Raymond John (Jack) Coutu (British b.1924), carved stone sculpture of Abraham and Isaac, on wooden plinth bearing copper plaque dated 1950, 65.5cm high including plinth. Loose on base. Pitting, small chips to corners and marks where it had been laid flat on back. No significant damage seen.

Mixture of glasses, two missing. Lifting action working. Marking to top. Condition commensurate with age.
A 19th Century Tibetan Bronze Statue of Bodhisatva Avalokiteshvara. His hair adorned with a miniature Buddha, two hand gestures on the right, Vitarka Mudra (gesture of transmission of Buddhist principles), to the left hand, the Bhumisparsha Mudra (earth touching gesture). The mandoria is ornamented with lotus and mythical dragons, the architectural plinth throne base shows evidence of gilding, approx 88 cms high. Vendor's Provenance: formerly in the collection of a friend Dr. P.B. (studied Oxford Buddhist iconography, Tibetan and Chinese languages a published National Geographic Society author and is a professor of Tibetan Studies in the U.S.A.
