An early 19th century and later oak and mahogany eight day longcase clock, the painted dial signed 'John Jackson Stafford', with subsidiary seconds and date aperture, the arched top decorated with a maiden and a dog, with movement striking on a bell, 211cm CONDITION REPORT: The clock lacks the plinth base. There are many repairs to the wood around the glass of the hood door. Some replaced timbers and old evidence of wood worm here and there. Some cracks to veneer and the plinth which the hood rests on is loose. General age wear patina to surface throughout. Movement not guaranteed to be original to base. Not guaranteed to be in full working order.Despite faults overall appearance fair.
An Arts and Crafts style oak bookcase, with six lead glazed doors, the bookcase has an open back, 177cm H x 175.5cm W x 21.5cm D CONDITION REPORT: The bookcase appears to never have had a back but attach straight to the wall. No legs, only a plinth at the bottom. Two of the glass panels are cracked. General age wear but overall fair.
A Chinese Kangxi blue and white ginger jar, the main body decorated with figures in a garden setting, bears concentric ring marks to base, raised on an associated carved wooden stand and with carved wooden cover, 19 cm high excluding base and cover CONDITION REPORTS Numerous surface scratches all over the body of the vase. Discolouration in areas, accretions, build-up of dirt in areas. The carved hardwood lid has a chunk missing and there is a build-up of dirt in the carving. There is an area of loss to the carved hardwood plinth that it stands on. Some staining to the body of the vase, a build-up of dirt. Tiny inclusions in the glaze. There are some small splits on the inside of the rim and to the base, more than likely from the firing process - see image for details. General wear and tear commensurate with age and use.

Light scratches throughout. Sabre is bent. Marble base big chunks missing to the back and the front, various small chips. General wear and tear throughout.
