A large Thai bronze Buddha, Ayutthaya/Bangkok period, 17th/18th century, the ushnisha surounted with flame finial leading to tight hair curls above serene face flanked by long pendulous ears, standing full length and with hands held in Janana Mudra, raised upon stepped square plinth, some gilding remaining, 137 cm high.
