CONDITION REPORT: Abrasions and uneven finish to shade rim, minor nibbles to shade base, rubbing to enamel and gilt decoration of reservoir, visible manufacturing imperfections, otherwise ok. Some rubbing and manufacturing imperfections to etching on shade, general surface wear commensurate with age, use and display. The font does not screw off, it is unclear whether this is because of design or owing to a seizing in the brass.
