A German Third Reich K98 dress bayonet, the 20cm nickel plated single edged fullered blade etched to one side "Fur Erinnerung an meine Dienstseit" (In memory of my service time) and a Stuka within a scrolling border, marked to the ricasso Robert Klaas with double crane mark, having chequered celluloid two piece grips and plated birds head pommel, housed in a black painted steel scabbard with brown leather frog and green/silver portepee, bayonet length 32cm.PLEASE NOTE THAT IT HAS BEEN SUGGESTED THAT THE ETCHING TO THE BLADE IS POSSIBLY LATER, SEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING IMPERIAL GERMAN / THIRD REICH ITEMS.
A 19th century percussion duelling pistol, having an unmarked 13cm octagonal sighted barrel (lacking ram-rod), the foliate engraved saw handle marked to the top edge Smith, 25.5cm.Very faintly etched ‘Smith’ on top of barrel.Action holds on full and half cock.Slight gap from top of tang to saw grip.Some wear to etching and light pitting to barrel.Overall good condition.
