Lewis [Mrs Wyndham Lewis], Walter Allen and Michael Ayrton with a frontispiece etching by Ayrton, this also numbered 8 and signed by him, original boards, slip-case, 8vo, 1973.⁂ The Roaring Queen was originally written in 1936, but not published until 1973.
