By a Society of Gentlemen, broadside with a hand-coloured etching at the top of eight men playing at skittles, with three columns of letterpress rules below, followed by a section of 'Instructions', on laid paper with watermark of a jug, sheet 455 x 295 mm. (17 7/8 x 11 3/4 in), minor nicks to extremities, small repairs to upper left and upper right edges, even browning, unframed, 1786 [but later].*** Please note that the description for this lot has been amended. The broadside was printed in the 19th century, and not as originally described.
