Attributed to Howard & Sons - Late 19th or early 20th Century wing armchair, with humped back and slightly shaped wings on overstuffed arms and concave seat with squab cushion, later-upholstered in broad checked fabric, the typical Howard-type ring-turned front supports with caps stamped HOWARD & SONS LONDON, the rear supports numbered 6170 4350 to inside of one leg, on swivel castors stamped as before, 77.5cm wide x 118cm highCondition report: Upholstery is stained and would benefit from renewal. One rear support retipped. General scuffing commensurate with age. Although timber is not stamped 'Howard & Sons', front legs are consistent with Howard models as is numbering pattern to rear leg.

A set of three Ercol beech and light elm hoop back dining chairs, stamped to the underside with kitemark and dated 1960, height 85cm (3).Condition report: Very good condition. Good and sturdy, no loose joints. Only two very minor tiny historical worm holes. Height to seat: 45cm. Width of seat 39.5cm
A 17th century style walnut open armchair, late 19th century with upholstered back and seat and raised on turned and carved legs, with concave stretchers, height 128cm.Condition report: The stretcher is loose into the left-hand foot, there is no evidence of worm, general wear, the chair is in very good condition. A Victorian mahogany hall bench, raised on turned legs. Height 47cm, width 91cm, depth 33cm.Condition report: Measurements correct although height of seat is 42cm. Good solid condition. Crack in side rail but not a serious concern. Nice worn patina, possibly not original finish but difficult to tell. Further photos now uploaded.
An early 20th century Thonet bentwood rocking chair with caned back and seat, bearing original label. Height 83cm, total depth 104cm, width 52cm.Condition report: No damage to the cane. Some weakness in the wood (see pictures). It sits well, easily taking the weight of a grown man, though if wobbled from side to side, there is movement, so would benefit from strengthening.
