H93cm, D54cm, W61cm.  Provenance: This chair at one time belonged to the 8th Earl of Buckingham, and was later part of the National Trust's Culzean Castle estate. It was sold as part of a set of three chairs at Lyon & Turnbull, lot 38 on the 27th of February 2019. The seat rail bears a National Trust depository label reading "National Trust 8th Earl of Buckingham Georgian side chair, No. 45.1543c Terms: Loan Cuz."
