For your consideration is an antique leather cushion and carved wood swiveling and rolling desk chair. This appears to be made of oak and stained to a darker color. This piece shows a carved wood back rest with detailed flower, moon, and crossed line designs. The armrests show a tooled spiral design. The leather seat cushion and backrest are fastened with upholstery pins. The swivel mechanism allows for full spin and rocking. This piece is in solid structural condition, but has signs of wear and use across the entire chair including the upholstery, wood finish, and wheels. It measures approximately 41" tall and 22" wide with a 20" seat height and 18" seat width and depth.

Featured in this lot we have a blue painted steel toy tricycle originating from the mid 1900's. The tricycle displays steel construction with metal embossed designs. The piece shows wing and arrow designs across the piece. The body of the tricycle is painted a deep blue with a white seat and accents. The wheels show metal rims with rubber attached to the wheels to act as tires. The piece shows good condition overall with some wear across the piece. The tricycle measures 26" long by 18 1/2" wide by 20 3/4" tall.

Lot 28

For your consideration is an early to mid-19th century, Windsor back style wood and metal depot bench. This 1800's piece features beautifully turned legs and arm supports, and the back shows smooth dowel supports across, with a wide upper back rail. This piece, likely to be found in a railroad or trolley depot, is primarily constructed of wood with sturdy metal support arms underneath the bench. The bench seat appears to be one solid plank. Originally painted black, this item shows signs of age and use on the surfaces, but is in good structural condition overall considering. It measures approximately 96"L x 33"H x 17.5" seat height, and is 14.5" deep.

Lot 30

For your consideration is a custom handmade Lambert Leather miniature roping saddle. This piece was handmade by George Lambert of Lambert Custom Leather of Hutchinson, Minnesota. The saddle shows beautiful hand tooling on the skirt, fenders, cantle, jockey, and tapaderos. The saddle features a 5.5" seat with a wrapped horn. The gullet measures approximately 2”. The underside of the saddle shows a lamb's wool padding. The tapaderos, skirting and jockey feature a hand stamped silver concho with saddle strings. This piece shows immaculate condition and comes with a handmade saddle stand with red velvet “blanket”. The saddle stand measures approximately 12 ½” x 7” x 32”.

John Clerk of Eldin (Scottish, 1728-1812), "The hill of Arthur's Seat and Town of Edinburgh from Loch End", etching, monogrammed and dated 1774 in the plate, framed. Plate 146mm by 380mm. Note: Clerk was a prominent Scottish Enlightenment amateur artist. He was the brother-in-law of Robert Adam and his wealth afforded him the opportunity to travel around Scotland drawing and was successfully encouraged to take up etching by Paul Sandby. Another example of the subject etching was used as the cover illustration for Bertram, Geoffrey, "The Etchings of John Clerk of Eldin" pub. 2012
