Original vintage fold out brouchure advertising poster for Corvette, celebrating A Generation - 25 Years of Men, Machines, and Memories issued by Chevrolet. The poster features history from the beginnings of the development of this two seat sports car and the founding fathers - Harley Earl, Zora Arkus-Duntov, Bill Mitchell, Ed Cole, and the adjustments in visual and physical appearances of the car throughout the years. The history is sustained with photographs of the interior and exterior of the cars from 1953 to 1977. The reverse of the poster presents information on the equipment that is available for car adjustment, and photos of the Silver 25th Anniversary sports Corvette. Horizontal. Original vintage travel poster promoting air travel with BOAC - The text in white and blue over black background reads - The most comfortable economy class seat in the world is on the BOAC VC 10. New seat design gives you more legroom - Design features an aerial photograph of an airplane cabin with rows of green and grey seats, with a relaxed young man dressed in a business suit holding a pack of cigarettes in one hand and a single cigarette in the other while seated with his legs crossed. VC10 Vickers is a narrow-body midsized four engine British airliner designed and built by Vickers-Armstrongs Aircraft Ltd between 1962 and 1970, and introduced by BOAC in 1964. In total 54 VC10 aircrafts were built. Despite the small number, they served BOAC and other airlines from the 1960s to 1981, and were praised highly by both the crew and travellers for their comfort and lower noise levels. The British Overseas Airways Corporation / BOAC was the British state airline created in 1940-1946 as the result of a merger, introducing the world's first passenger jets to its service in 1952 and merging again in 1971-1974 to create British Airways / BA.
