VC10 Vickers is a narrow-body midsized four engine British airliner designed and built by Vickers-Armstrongs Aircraft Ltd between 1962 and 1970, and introduced by BOAC in 1964. In total 54 VC10 aircrafts were built. Despite the small number, they served BOAC and other airlines from the 1960s to 1981, and were praised highly by both the crew and travellers for their comfort and lower noise levels.
