Each of the 4 squabs is 95cm wide one is 43cm the others are 60cmThis piece is in good useable condition, it opens as it should (despite one broken joint) there is no woodworm and there are traces of original painted and gilt decoration (see images)

Houghton Hall was built between 1720 and 1735 for Sir Robert Walpole.Containing 35 illustrated and numbered plates and we believe complete, aside from the missing front cover. The volume requires restoration. Light water staining, Some pages quite tanned. Lacks front cover, the first 7 pages are separated from the spine and loose. One long tear with historical repair and a smaller repair. We have now taken multiple photographs to show as much of the condition as possible.
