Provenance: Lord Rootes, Glenalmond Estate, Perthshire and thence by family descent CONDITION REPORT Upholstery prevents proper examination of the framework. General deterioration to leather, scrapes, scratches etc, more pronounced on seat, particularly at the corners but no tears, missing a few brass studs, splice repair to stretcher. Wear to legs at the angles, slight losses to carving but understructure appears to be basically original
