Arts & Crafts-style oak hall chair after a design by Charles Rennie Mackintosh, with high tapered back rest, shaped arm rests, detachable woven seat adjoined by spindle understretchers, 134cm high.CONDITION REPORT: There are areas of staining to the chair. The top rail has white staining, the rest has water and historical staining. There are minor colour variations to the watch with some surface scratches also.
A pair of Ercol Windsor stick-back dining chairs with upholstered seat cushions. Blonde elm, gold label #365, H97cm. Condition Report: Overall in very good condition. No apparent breakages, splits to the wood, stains or alterations. Some very minimal scratches and small knocks (mainly to the legs) however appear to have very little usage considering the age. The original stickers are still present on the bases.
Group of Britains Plastic Cart Horses & Unbranded Diecast Farm Machinery. Horses are dated 1972. Boxed in modern retailers boxes (for shipping purposes). Lynton Post Office. An early 20th century mahogany Head Postmaster's Sorting Desk. the enclosed top section fitted beech an arrangement of beech pigeon holes over writing desk with wire work windows to roof and sides, raised on cast iron end supports with a central swing out elm saddle shaped seat on an adjustable iron support., 203.5cm x160 x76cm.* Notes- Originally a stand alone piece with a lockable roller shutter front this piece was adapted and an office was built around it in the sorting room.
A George III mahogany barrel-back armchair, late 18th/early 19th century, upholstered in studded leather and raised on tapering square supports, terminating in brass castors,80cm wide85cm deep111cm highCondition ReportOverall the chair is in stable condition and ready for use. The leather is worn and cracked in some places, particularly the armrests. The seat has some fading. Padding is okay but a little flat. All studs present but some have lost their finish. Wear, dents and scuffs to supports and tarnish to the castors but run smooth. Re-upholstered. See additional photos.

Possible alteration/replacement to the legs, currently jointed into blocks attached to underside of seat back rail with evidence of old repair, surface refinished with evidence that there were previously layers of paint. Seat height 33cm. Probably dates to late 19th/ early 20th century with some later additions.

The gilding to the frame worn with a few knocks, with some splits to the left and right lower section of the arms. The feet worn. Generally appears in good structural and cosmetic order, although the upholstery would benefit from cleaning.
