With arched spindle back rest, curved elbow rest with further spindle support with button on cushioned saddle seat with tapering angular supports united by stretcher. Together with a similar chair with rocking legs. Label to back. Largest measures approx. 101 x 62 x 50 cm.
A collection of modern bamboo/raffia conservatory furniture including two dome top display stands/cupboards, small two seat sofa, small whatnot, magazine stand, circular table and rectangular table CONDITION REPORTS Pair of shelving units only: one shelving unit the door is off but present (needs re-pinning) and this unit also has a large green mark on one side. The wicker wrapping on both is coming away in various places especially to the one door of one unit. This shelf is also slightly wobbly/uneven. Some of the wicker is missing and broken on the sides. An oak two drawer side table in the 17th Century style, raised on baluster turned and ringed supports united by a centre stretcher, 122 cm wide x 60.5 cm deep x 80 cm high, an oak framed hall chair in the Carolean style with crown and putti decorated top rail over a caned back and seat, flanked by foliate carved open arms on barley-twist supports, 61 cm wide x 44 cm deep x 124 cm high, together with an oak comb back nursing chair with panel seat on turned legs, 48.5 cm wide x 90 cm high and a stained beech standard lamp and shade (4)

A 19th Century mahogany panel seated deportment chair with low bar back on square supports united by stretchers, 35 cm wide x 29 cm deep x 61 cm high, together with a 19th Century mahogany square washstand with single drawer to the centre tier, on square chamfered supports united by a pot shelf, 36 cm wide x 36 cm deep x 80 cm high and a 19th Century mahogany corner washstand with single drawer on square splayed supports, 64 cm wide x 96 cm high (3) CONDITION REPORTS Deportment chair: Has signs of old worm throughout, has had a repair to the back of one leg. Seat has a split. Has had something done to the underneath but unsure what it is, as there are some holes and unusual wear. Possible replacement side, knots look very even. Structurally sound, general wear and tear conducive with age and use - see images for more details.The square washstand: top appears to have been sanded down, water marks variously throughout. There are a couple of sections missing from the under tier underneath and a large split through it as well. Split to the moulded edge on the back top.Corner washstand: has a large split across the top as well as water marks and staining. Split to the middle shelf, in need of a good clean, fly dirt, cobwebs etc throughout. A bit of inlay missing from the edge of the drawer. There is a split to the back corner of the middle shelf. To one side it appears as though a towel rail or suchlike has been attached and now not present but has left screw holes and a chunk missing out of one area. Otherwise general wear and tear conducive with age and use to include knocks, bumps etc throughout - see images for more details
