A late 18th/early 19th century high-back Windsor chair, with Christmas tree splat, turned and straight supports, one-piece seat, triple ringed turned forelegs and H-frame stretcher. CONDITION REPORT Two of the straight side supports have been replaced with iron pins, this was found in a Lancashire barn which reflects its condition, the joints are loose and there are some old splits in the wood, in our opinion this should not be used before your own inspection.
A good rustic 18th century pine lambing chair, a barn find in Lancashire, having a recessed panel back and shaped top supported with winged sides, outswept enclosed arms, planked seat, over single drawer, height 117cm. CONDITION REPORT This was found in a Lancashire barn and has many honest repairs over the years, signs of old paint, deterioration of the wood especially to the arms, it is predominately pine but there may be other woods part of its construction, there is a split in the back panel. The honest rustic appearance adds to its character.
A 17th century carved oak Wainscot armchair, the shaped and carved top rail with a carved panel of 1671 above a carved back panel of flowing floral patterns, having a panel seat with scrolled elbow supports, raised on turned block legs united by stretchers. CONDITION REPORT This was found in a Lancashire barn, it is sturdy but has wear and deterioration expected with age there may be slight areas of repair and possible alteration over the years.Height 107cm, width 55cm, depth 55cm.
A late 17th/early 18th century carved oak high back hall or side chair, the splat carved with a large vertical feather, the side uprights and domed top rail carved with repeating flower heads and scrolls, the solid seat above turned front supports united with turned front stretcher and double side stretchers, on pad feet, also a late 18th century side chair with vase-shaped splat, shaped top rail, solid seat and square supports united with straight stretchers (2). CONDITION REPORT These were found in a Lancashire barn, they are sturdy but have wear and deterioration to the bottom of the supports, there may have be slight repair and possible alteration over the years

CONDITION REPORT This was found in a Lancashire barn, it is sturdy but has wear and deterioration to the rocker ends, there may be slight areas repair and possible alteration over the years
A set of four 18th century yew Windsor chairs with pierced splat backs flanked by simple spindle sides, united by swept arms above shaped elm seats, on turned tapering legs united by crinoline stretchers, height 92cm. CONDITION REPORT These have had various repairs, later added feet caps, various areas of splitting. Some end turned spindles for the seat have come away and will need fixing, but overall good.
A pair of early 20th century barber chairs by Theo. A. Kochs Co. of Chicago, pat'd iron frames with leather upholstered overstuffed seats and backs and reclining mechanism, with pierced and leather upholstered front over a pierced and floral motif stamped foot rest, on a swivel column base with circular foot, height 104cm (2). CONDITION REPORT the red backed chair -reclining mechanism appears locked, the back is non matching upholstery to the rest of the chair, arm rest leather is peeling away and marked, seat leather is badly marked, the paint to frame is rubbed and chipped throughout, various scratches etc commensurate with age, swivel locked.The black backed chair - some tears and repairs to seat and wear to backrest and arms with leather peeling off, areas of paint loss, rubbing scuffs etc commensurate with age throughout, chair reclines and swivels,
A set of four Ercol dark Gothic-style dining chairs (3+1), a modern standard lamp and shade, a four-section modern Canterbury, a mahogany plant stand, a mahogany jardinière stand with turned column on three splayed feet and a mahogany jardinière stand on faceted mahogany column and circular base (9). CONDITION REPORT The Ercol chairs have different seat coverings.
