(2)Condition report: Both structurally sound, have splits to the backs of the top rails, general marks and wear consistent with age and use.

Good colour and figuring. Two shrinkage splits to seat boards. Some marks, dints and scratches consistent with age and use. Evidence of (very old) worm.

(3)Condition report: Sofa: structurally good. Minor staining to upholstery fabric on seat. Cosmetic marks to supports consistent with age and use.Armchair: Structurally good. Show wood good with minor cosmetic marks consistent with age and use.Salon chair: A little movement to the back. Wood elements have some cosmetic marks. Back left support shows evidence of worm.

Show wood has minor cosmetic marks and dints consistent with age and use throughout. Seat and arm springing/padding good and supportive. Upholstery fabric good but with a small section of the hem tape loose on the arm. Probably originally had casters which are not present.
