An 18th Century oak settle The rectangular raked back with three raised panels flanked by turned finials surmounted uprights and outswept scroll ended open arms raised on extended stile supports, the boarded seat with a hinged centre above a large rectangular panel flanked by smaller panels on stile supports. 112x105x54cms. (illustrated) CONDITION REPORT: Good colour, some minor fading to the outswept elbows, traces old worm holes to the front boards in the seat, placement boards at the end of the seat measure approx. 5cms running the whole length, some loss of colour to the front, shrinkage cracks to the front cross stretcher, minor damage to the front extended stile right hand side.

A Charles II and later oak joint stool The rectangular board seat with a moulded edge above channel edge-moulded rails raised on baluster ring turned legs joined by plain stretchers. 56x49x27cms CONDITION REPORT: The rectangular top some surface scratching, some ring staining insized dress crack but not running through measuring 21cms, turned supports in good condition, cross stretchers good condition, no signs of live worm.

A George III style mahogany wing elbow chair With padded back out swept wing arms bow front padded seat raised upon front mahogany cabriole legs joined by baluster and block side stretchers, outswept rear legs 113cm high, width of seat 74cm. CONDITION REPORT: Sound construction, some movement in the left hand arm but not broken, movement in the right hand arm but not broken. Supports scratched, some fading but sound and in good condition.
An Edwardian inlaid mahogany satinwood and ivory settee With a shaped tapestry padded back above a vase shaped splat flanked on either side by similar splats each inlaid with an ivory and satinwood inlaid vase with scrolling leaves down swept open arms serpentine seat raised upon front cabriole legs plain rear legs over inlaid with line inlays 92cm x 123cm. CONDITION REPORT: No breaks or repairs, arched top inlays complete including line inlays very minor surface scratching to the right hand handle, old ink stain to the left hand arm, traces of Edwardian polish, splats good condition, inlay in good condition, seat acceptable, discoloured tapestry and back both original, some minor bruising and scratching to the front seat rail. some surface scratching to the front and rear legs, line inlays in tact and good condition, generally in good condition with a loose velvet cushion
A Victorian mahogany spoon back drawing room chair With a button back, padded open arms with scrolling terminals carved with leaves and fruit, serpentine padded seat raised upon front curvilinear legs, outswept rear legs and castors, 100cms high, width of seat 64cms. CONDITION REPORT: Lot 2256- Right hand front cabriole leg the scrolling terminal old repairs around the moulded scroll on the inner edge, all castors replaced, small repairs to the support under the padded arm, treacly colour showing around the leaves on the cabriole legs and flowers on the apron, the trefoil back right hand joint has been repaired and re-glued with glue showing on the outer edges, upholstery good condition, colour a little treacly black in places.

A baronial throne chair 20th Century With a leafy shaped cresting above an outstretched carved eagle padded button back embraced by scrolling leaves and turned uprights with tapering finials out swept open arms with lions mask terminals, serpentine padded seat raised upon leafy tapering legs and paw feet jointed by a foliate stretcher, curvilinear leafy side stretchers and out swept rear legs 178cm, width 89cm, depth of seat 54 cm.
An early Victorian rosewood upholstered settee With a pink velvet padded back and arms embraced by a beaded downswept frieze, the shaped arms supported by pyramidal roundels, padded seat with a reel frieze raised upon tapering roundel supports, gilt metal shoes and brass castors with six loose seat cushions. 87x157x65cms. CONDITION REPORT: The rectangular back a piece of moulding missing on the left hand angle measures approx. 2.5x3cms, and the opposite right hand side the same piece of triangular moulding as been re-glued, surface good condition, minor shrinkage crack between the back outswept leg and the cross member minor, again a minor shrinkage crack right outswept leg and cross member, however the joints are solid, back right leg some minor damage to the foot of the leg above the castor and minor damage to the top of the castor, frame sound, upholstery bright and in good condition.

CONDITION REPORT: The arched back pierced scrolling leafy infil carving good condition, break on the right extremely below the scrolling leaf terminal to the back and a small piece of moulding missing to the back below the break, scrolling leafy arms good condition, very minor surface scratching, very minor surface scratching to the shaped apron, front cabriole legs good condition no breaks, back outswept legs good condition, upholstery en-suite to settee cushions good condition, good solid chair.
A Victorian walnut drawing room chair With a waisted leaf carved padded back, outswept open arms, scroll and leaf terminals, serpentine seat raised upon front curvilinear legs, plain outset rear legs and castors, upholstered in a silver coloured cloth depicting cherubs and birds in landscape. 99cms, width of seat maximum 66cms. CONDITION REPORT: Old repairs to back outswept feet, one has been split and re-glued, the front cabriole leg has a long crack running vertically on the right hand side, left hand leg a piece of walnut as been infilled, bruise and damage to the left hand front cabriole leg to the left of the scrolling leaf, restoration to the shaped back on the left hand side, crack visible left hand side and again higher on the left hand side, crack visible on the right hand side and a piece timber infilled, the whole chair has been repolished, upholstery bright and good condition.
An attractive late 19th Century early 20th Century walnut and double rattan back Bergere settee The moulded leaf carved rectangular back with in-curved corners double rattan,in good condition, leaf carved out swept arms in filled padding, front curvilinear supports padded seat above a leaf carved front and side frieze raised upon hairy paw feet with four loose seat cushions.
A Victorian mahogany towel airer With trumpet and sphere finials with out swept arms joined by plain spindles fluted upright supports raised upon down swept legs 88cm x 68cm and a George III mahogany ladder back elbow chair with a tapestry drop in seat raised up front simulated bamboo supports plain out set rear legs (2) CONDITION REPORT: Towel airer - no breaks or repairs, fading and loss of colour to the top rail, some surface scratching overall, small chip to the lower turn stretcher and sides of some repolishing, chip measures about 2cms. The elbow chair - some repairs, the back, turned left hand supports for horizontal cross stretchers, arm has been pegged on the back and also on the opposite arm pegged on the back, front left hand leg cracked at the top left hand side the upright rectangular section with a piece of timber missing approx. 5cms, shrinkage crack between the front stretcher and the opposite leg some loss of colour and signs of repolishing, a strip of old polish to the left hand support to the elbow rest, otherwise sound
A Victorian walnut drawing room chair With an arched moulded back carved with scrolling leaves, open leaf carved scrolling arms, buttoned back and padded bowfront seat, well upholstered, raised upon front cabriole legs, outswept rear legs and ceramic castors. 84cms. CONDITION REPORT: Traces of old worm to back left outset leg extant, no breaks to legs original ceramic castors, the arched back minor surface scratching, minor shrinkage to left hand join above the scroll, shrinkage on the head of the downswept scroll under the scrolling arm, upholstery in good condition with the exception of the back piped satin border which is hanging loose, good condition.
A good Victorian Coalbrookdale design cast iron fern leaf and blackberry garden seat The curvilinear branch back with a fern leaf cresting infilled with leaves and fruit, downswept leaf cast arms, slatted wooden seat, branch shape legs the sides infilled with leaves and berries. 90cms high x 152x56cms. (illustrated) CONDITION REPORT: Condition Report Lot 2355: Extensive thick over painting with traces of green under colour paint, no visible breaks, so sign of a registration mark, replaced timber slatted seat would appear to be in good condition.

(illustrated) CONDITION REPORT: Condition Report Lot 2361: Extensive over paint, rust showing through particularly on the seat and generally rust showing through all over, break in the front spandrel, on the left hand side facing which joins the upright support, possible break where the front edge of seat joins the upright section possibly screw would have been through fixing into the cross section possibly break on the back leg right hand side, comparison to the left hand leg and the other legs they are of rectangular section, this is of circular section and the supporting cross member is circular section and extended from the back right hand foot comparing to the left hand back foot which is a short spandrel, arch, restored but some considerable time ago.
A Victorian cast iron garden bench the rectangular back infilled with lozenges, branches and a frieze of nine quatrefoil's, downswept arms, infilled with a half roundel with branches, cast seat with hexagonal infills above a shaped branching frieze raised upon legs of square section. 90x143x53cms (illustrated) CONDITION REPORT: Right hand leg has been soldered just beneath the arch and also the spandrel on the right hand side connected to this leg has been resoldered, additional old break on the side stretcher just beyond where it joins the circular cross stretcher, usual rusting overall underneath paintwork.
