A George I walnut stool, with carved acanthus to the knees on cabriole legs with pad feet, fitted a loose trap needlework seat, 53cm wide Condition Report: Needlework seat is original but in poor condition, the needlework is a little thread bear, taken from 17th Century tapestry, signs of old worm to walnut. Chips and scratches, all four toes to cabriole legs have been partially replaced. H: 46cm, w: 57cm and d: 46cm.
A 17th Century Spanish armchair, the embossed polychrome leather seat and rectangular back edge in brass flowerhead studs, the frame with crudely carved front stretcher and wavy side rails Condition Report: The chair frame is elm, the leather panel back and seat are rubbed and misshapened, escutcheon of arms and seat engraving good, crude repairs to right hand arm rest of frame with splits and other damage, chair rocks slightly.

Arms slightly loose, otherwise frame seems solid. Walnut turned legs to front and splayed back legs appear in good condition.

A mahogany framed open armchair, with green leather upholstery and studding Condition Report: The leather arms are rubbed and the seat is quite badly scratched, the frame is a little loose on the joints, the central stretcher is missing and blemishes are left in its absence. Other scratches to the frame acceptable with age.

Chipping, gouges and splitting to legs and stretchers, one barrel castor squashed. Seat webbing very saggy.
A George III eight-day, hour repeat bracket clock by John Ellicott, London, the brass arched dial with gilt metal rococo spandrels, silvered metal chapter rings and calendar aperture, the movement with crown wheel escapement and bob pendulum and engraved and signed backplate, contained in a fine burr walnut case with pierced fret and glazed panel sides, 40.5cm high/Exhibited at the Art Treasures Exhibition in Bath 1958 no 141/see illustration Condition Report: There is no repeat strike to this clock. The movement is complete with original bob pendulum and contemporary spandrel, chapter ring and name plate, the case has later seat board and signs of restoration to the case.
