A 1967 Austin Mini 1275 Cooper S (late Mk I), registration number MRU 788F, chassis number C-A2S7/1012535-A, engine number 9F-SA-Y 46229, Scottish blue/white roof. The iconic Mini Cooper S needs no introduction as it is one of the most recognisable and collectable cars in the world today. This example, built on the 13th June 1967, was despatched on 19th October to Stringer Motors Ltd, Bournemouth, Dorset, with original option equipment of 4.5 inch wheels, fresh air heater and reclining seats. MRU 788F has a competition history having been raced in the early 1980s in Scotland. The Cooper is presented in a restored condition and has a stage four tuned engine with twin Dellorto carburettors and BL643 camshaft. The fuel and brake lines have been rerouted inside the car, the exhaust is a straight-through type, the suspension has been fitted with new Spax adjustable shock absorbers, the interior has a modified dashboard, bucket seats and fly off hand brake. The vendor has removed the roll cage, reinstated the back seat and fitted carpets to make the interior a little more civilised. The Mini is offered for auction with a large history file containing numerous receipts, and photographs of the Mini being competed. MRU 788F has formed part of a private West Country collection and is only reluctantly for sale as the vendor is emigrating to New Zealand. V5C, no MOT See illustrations

A 1928 Swift P-Type 10hp four seat tourer, registration number MP 2536, chassis number 32021, engine number 5021, red over black. According to the Swift register, only 212 Swift motorcars of all types are thought to survive worldwide. This rare 10hp tourer was previously owned by Mr R Y Canning for over 30 years before being purchased by the vendor, a family friend, direct from the deceased estate. She is finished in red over black with a brown leather interior and matching weather gear. During the current ownership the Swift has been used to attend local classic car shows and carry the bride and groom at a family wedding. The accompanying history file contains photographs, expired MOTs, Swift Owner's Club ephemera, newspaper articles, copies of sales brochures and SORNs. This very original and charming tourer now offers an opportunity to purchase a very rare car which comes to the open market for the first time in over 30 years. A 1974 Buckler two seat sports special, registration number KFT 439, French blue. The vendor advises us that this handsome aluminium bodied special was constructed on what is believed to be a 1950s Buckler racing chassis in 1974. The special was subsequently rebuilt again in the early 1980s when the body was reconfigured into the boat tail body it sports today. The well equipped interior incorporates a fully stocked wooden dashboard and wood rim steering wheel. Power is supplied by a Triumph four cylinder 1140cc engine and the special has an outside handbrake and colour coded wire wheels. The vendor informs us that he has recently driven the special down from his home in Orkney, Scotland to Erdington, Birmingham without any issues. MORANT 91 NEW BOND...LONDON'.
