Large teak Lutyens-style garden bench with slatted seat and back, 104cm high x 200cm wide x 65cm deep approx. Condition ReportFading and discolouration, weathered with moss in places. Structurally solid. There is an Oakfields label on the back supprt. General wear and tear commensurate with age and use, see photos.
A late 17th Century dining chair, the tall back with acorn finials, carved crown and swirl top rail above barley twist pattern back, solid seat with carved lozenge edge decoration, turned legs and front stretcher, 50 x 45 x 11cms high; and a Victorian-style footstool, in the French taste, with pink upholstered plush top, 45 x 39 x 48cms high. With green velour fabric cushions. 170cm wide x 57cm deep x 88cm high.Non-original replaced wooden finials. Bears signs of restoration to the central top of backrest. Solid frame and no loose joints. Marks and dents consistent with age and wear.

Signd of repair to the legs particularly the back left leg where it joins to the seat. Otherwise good condition considering age.
Two carved oak cup and cover carvings or ornamental elements, the largest 63cm high; together with a 19th century Howard style small footstool with overstuffed upholstered seat and square tapering legs terminating in brass casters, 40cm wide x 33cm deep x 36.5cm high; A 19th century Berlin woolwork and silk panel of a classical scene, unsigned, 49cm x 46cm (excluding original rosewood frame); and a 19th century mahogany cased drop-dial wall clock with American movement and glazed lower section, 38cm wide x 49cm high (4)The oak carvings in as found condition and with signs of old woodworm. The footstool upholstery somewhat deteriorated and possibly in need of replacement. The legs with minor marks due to use otherwise in good condition. The woolwork and silk panel with small holes, possible moth damage in places, some foreign objects under glass, colours generally seem ok, minor marks, abrasions and small losses to frame and gilt mount. The clock dial with losses to the paintwork overall, the movement present but untested.
