An 18th Century Flemish walnut flamed hall chair, the tapestry upholstered back and seat of floral design flanked by foliate carved open scroll arms on turned cup and cover supports, raised on bobbin turned supports united by stretchers, 108 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Surface scratches, knocks and dents and scuffs to the frame. Some chips to the frame in areas. Evidence of old woodworm, mainly to the lower part of the legs, front and back. There is an old repair to the bottom of the column supporting one of the arms. There is also an area of loss to the wood. Areas of loss to both the front carved pads and one of the back legs. Both back legs have old added sections. Some areas of loss to the two sections of the turned stretcher. Wear, fading and discolouration, mainly to the arms. The upholstery is missing some of the tassles. There are areas of repair and re-stitching, fading and discolouration to the upholstery. Two of the metal studs are missing at the front of the chair. A set of six Barlow Tyrie "Genuine Plantation Teak" slatted garden chairs CONDITION REPORTS All chairs are in used condition. Fading and discolouration and sun bleaching to all. All chairs are weathered. There are accretions and foreign objects on the chairs. All chairs are structurally sound and solid. Total height of chairs is 103 cm approx, height to the seat on all chairs is 41 cm approx. There are small dents and knocks to the wood, some splitting to the top of the back legs and where the back slats go in near the seat. Small chips. A pair of teak Lutyens style slatted scroll arm chairs and a slatted teak two tier garden table CONDITION REPORTS Both chairs are faded, discoloured and sunbleached. Both chairs are covered in moss. There are some minor splits to the wood on both of the seats, mainly to the slats on the top of the roll arm and the top of the front legs. Both seats are structurally sound with no movement to the joints. One of the slats to the seat part is slightly away from one of the side bars. Dimensions for the table are height 55 cm approx. length 154 cm approx. and depth 60 cm approx.

Evidence of old woodworm to one of the arms and to the legs. Chips and areas of loss to the legs and parts of the stretcher. There is a split to the wood on one of the front legs. An area of loss to one of the back legs and also a split to the front roundel of one of the arms. The upholstery is faded and with some discolouration. An early 20th Century stained beech framed (formerly painted) armchair in the Louis XV taste the buttoned back and arms over an upholstered seat flanked by moulded scrollwork supports raised on turned and fluted tapering legs CONDITION REPORTS Numerous surface scratches and scuffs, small dents and knocks throughout. Some fading and discolouration to the wood frame. There is evidence of old worm to some areas, a couple of small areas on the arms and an area on the scrolled front and to the back of the frame. There are a couple of areas of loss to the left hand scroll. Numerous accretions and a build up of dirt in areas.
