A set of ten Jacobean style oak dining chairs, 19th century, including two carvers, which each have animal mask arms, the central padded back flanked by a pair of barley twist columns above a padded seat, on turned and block supports with turned feet, joined by barley twist H stretchers, carvers height 134cm, width 66cm, depth 65cm. Condition report: -crack to barley twist column on one armchair-unsecure back to two chairs-seats upholstered in different colours-three chairs have tops of finials missing - one has full single finial missing-chairs require a clean due to being very dusty and dirty-one chair broken and rejoined beneath the lions feet-no woodworm visible but upholstery covers the under-rails.
