An Edwardian mahogany and satinwood strung corner chair, with shaped back above turned uprights interspersed with lyre-shaped splats, raised on turned cross stretchered supports. CONDITION REPORT Overall solid but used condition. There is wear to the high-traffic areas, most notably at the end of the arms and the front section of the seat. There are some areas where the satinwood stringing is not very obvious and would benefit from some light restoration work.

A near-pair of rustic stripped pine benches, the largest 53 x 133 x 25cm, the other 53 x 111 x 25cm, and a set of four folding chairs with tan-coloured leatherette seat pads (af) (6). CONDITION REPORT One of the upright slats on one of the benches is at a different angle than that of the other three. One of the folding chairs is showing signs of old worm damage to the top rail and down the upright supports. All items in a well-weathered condition.

CHIPPY HEATH FURNITURE; a vintage 1960s teak telephone seat, with stick back decoration above a single long drawer, raised on square section outswept supports, 76 x 92 x 43cm (af). CONDITION REPORT The seat base has had a cushion on it, so that area is considerably darker than the rest of the piece. The telephone platform has some heavy scuffs, scrapes and fading. There is further surface wear throughout, including a splinter missing from the front edge of the seat section. Scuffs and scrapes to the legs. Further age-related marks throughout commensurate with use.

MILWAUKEE CHAIR CO; an early 20th century oak slat back open arm elbow swivel chair, raised on four outswept supports to castors, with cast iron mechanism stamped with the maker's details and patent no, 91 x 55 x 58cm. CONDITION REPORT Overall solid but well-used condition, showing signs of wear to the high-traffic areas at the front of the arms and the saddle of the seat. Further scuffs, scrapes, stains, fading, etc to the remaining part of the chair. Overall a very solid useable chair.

YAMAHA; a 2003 'Dragster' XVS 250 V Twin Cruiser motorcycle, registration number DK03 FFN, mileage 5165, in black and chrome with pillion seat with flip-up back rest and leather pannier saddlebags. CONDITION REPORT This motorcycle has had one owner from new. When the owner unfortunately passed away, it was transferred to a relative, but the relative has not used the motorcycle, so the logbook shows two owners, but it is only really one. It has had a clean MOT history up to its expiry on 1st April 2019. It has been stored in a garage, so it is a bit dusty and in need of some cleaning and polishing. It has been running. It has a hardwired trickle charger adapter, which comes with the motorcycle and it can be heard running. With key and full V5 logbook.

The pot itself is cracked. Some signs of age, but structurally sound.
