A George III mahogany dressing stool, having a woolwork stuffover seat, on hipped cabriole supports with acanthus leaf and C-scroll carving to claw and ball feet, w.48cm, d.40cm, h.46cm Condition Report / Extra Information Structurally sound, no movement.Stands well.Five of the eight carvings missing from tops of legs, and two more chipped.One leg with crack.All with age / handling wear.Upholstery probably circa 1900.Seat needs re-stuffing.
