Set of six Victorian mahogany balloon back side chairs with carved scroll top rail, button back back rests and seat pads raised on turned and fluted supports capped by white castors No obvious serious damage/repairChairs are tight and all original casters are present. There does not seem to be any wood worm. Leather upholstery and appears in generally good condition, there is a tear in one seat.

A 1965 Gilbert James Bond 007 tinplate Aston Martin DB5 - a rare find in this condition. Produced in Japan, this excellent example with all gadgets tested and fully functioning drives forward, stops, reveals its bullet shield and flashing machine guns, accompanied by the rat-a-tat-tat sound of the machine gun fire before returning to its original state before driving off again. Also features a complex rotating rear numberplate mechanism, ejector seat, rear wheel shreader and painted driver and passenger figures. The car is in first class condition with clean battery box and comes with its original boxe, original 007 tag and internal polystyrene packaging.
A 1970 Corgi 270 James Bond 007 Aston Martin DB5, a rare variant with transitional packaging (only produced in this format for one year). Fully functional including the ejector seat, bullet proof shield, front machine guns, rotating numberplates and extending wheel spinners. The rare blue and yellow box is in good condition bar some damage to the cellophane window. Complete with the secret instruction envelope containing the rarer red instructions sheet, a spare ejectable passenger, rare cloth lapel badge and remaining unused numberplate stickers.
A Danbury Mint James Bond 007 Silver DB5 handcrafted from over 300 individual parts, this 1:24 scale model was created to replicate the 'Most Famous Car in the World'. Featuring almost all of the gadgets seen in the films including the ejector seat, bullet shield, tyre spinners and even Bond's car phone, this is a perfect example that comes with its numbered limited edition certificate, associated paperwork, original box and packaging. Rare to find now in this condition.

He was the son of John Hardy and his wife, Isabelle Gathorne of Kirby, Lonsdale. The sitter’s brother was created the 1st Earl of Cranbrook. Hardy was elected to the House of Commons for Midhurst in March 1859, but held the seat for less than two months. The following year he was returned for Dartmouth, a constituency he represented until 1868, and then sat for Warwickshire South from 1868 to 1874. On 23 February 1876 he was created a Baronet, of Dunstall Hall in the County of Stafford. In 1878 he was appointed High Sheriff of Staffordshire. Sir Francis Grant’s “Sitters’ Book”, preserved today in the National Portrait Gallery, records Hardy sitting in 1857. Hardy died in July 1888, aged 79.Condition report: Oil on canvas which is unlined. There are several patches on the reverse of the painting mending old damages which have been retouched from the front. The paint layer has numerous areas of raised and flaking paint with scattered losses to the original material. The varnish is yellowed and there is a layer of dust on the surface. The gilding on the frame has suffered and is flaking with numerous losses.
