An early 20th Century rosewood cased upright piano, the iron framed overstrung movement by Rogers of London, together with a box seat piano stool CONDITION REPORTS Overall with wear, scuffs, scratches, some bumps and chips to edges. Discolouration to keys. Interior very dirty and dusty - please see photos for examples. Keys do appear to function, however, they make quite a loud "clacking" sound when played/depressed and also upon release. Case has some areas of moulded decoration missing. Piano generally appears to require some attention. Piano is underdamped (ie dampers are below the position at which the hammers strike)

An elm seated stick back armchair on turned front legs with H-shaped stretcher, together with a leaded glass fire screen with brassed surround CONDITION REPORTS Has wear, scuffs and various knocks and chips and some small splits. Some looseness to joints (please see photos for examples). Height of chair approx 93 cm. Size of seat approx 45 cm deep x 44 cm wide. The leaded glass fire screen has some denting and mis-shaping and various damage to the glass.
