A Victorian cast iron branch form garden seat, detached arm. Height 85 cm, width 130 cm. CONDITION REPORT: The right-hand facing arm is detached and broken. We do have the arm. There do not appear to be any losses to the arm which fits back into position and should be repairable. Again we can see no repairs or losses to the frame but it is difficult to know what is beneath all of the flaking layers of paint. The frame seems structurally sound with no movement.

A set of six Victorian rosewood dining chairs, each with bowed top rail, carved mid rail, stuffover seats and raised on turned tapered front legs. CONDITION REPORT: The chairs are generally structurally sound. There do not appear to be any repairs. One chair is slightly loose at the rear leg joints. Another has the front seat rail missing which should be visible on our images. The polish to all chairs is a little tired and dusty. Two chair seats have more recently been upholstered and are paler in colour. The remaining four are generally a little tired with varying spots and marks and one has an edge tear.
A pair of American style Windsor type armchairs, with leather upholstered and studded seats and raised on turned legs. Height to top of back 114 cm, width across arms 55 cm. CONDITION REPORT: Both chairs are structurally sound and in generally very good order. There are no loose joints and no repairs or restorations that we can see. The darker of the two chairs has some very minor traces of what appears to be long gone woodworm to the outer extremities of the seat. The leather upholstery is in generally good order with no holes and no significant scratching. Both seats have one slightly rubbed and faded area which may be visible on our images. The leather whilst it does have some age does not look to be original and there has probably been a covering prior to this.
