A Victorian mahogany armchair in green fabric CONDITION REPORT: Frame with typical scuffs, scratches and watermarks. Seat with one small moth-damaged patch. Otherwise generally in good order. The chair does not appear to have had castors. This measures 90cm high, 69cm wide and 95cm deep.

A mid 20th century Singer machinist's chair CONDITION REPORT: This chair has a taped patch to the seat and more tape securing the underside of the seat to the base. Presumably the base needs some attention. The chair seat may also be damaged beneath the tape. We have left the item as it was when it came into the saleroom and it is sold as seen.

EXTRA LOT: A 1972 Porsche 914 project, registration number PHJ 340K, white. This 914 project was imported in 1997 and was registered in September of the same year. It was originally supplied by Porsche Los Angeles finished in light ivory (code 1110) with black leatherette interior and had the optional equipment of emission sticker, coloured windows and an additional seat cushion. The Porsche has been in storage for some time and requires restoration. The engine is not included in this lot. It has been removed but is available to purchase privately should the next owner wish to do so. Now in rolling chassis form this exciting project will be offered for auction with Porsche certificate of authenticity, SORN and letter from Porsche. V5C no, MOT
