A David Brown VAK 1 petrol/T.V.O. engined farm tractor with the Bullet-hole type grille and magneto ignition. This type of tractor was considered quite a luxury in its era having a four speed gearbox, hand-lever operated independent brakes, a P. T. O. shaft and hydraulics. The cylinder block has an historic frost crack, which appears to have been filled and whilst she has not been run for a fair number of years, it is understood that the damage did not preclude its operation. The engine is not seized and there will undoubtedly be great excitement in bringing her back to life. It is believed that this tractor has remained local to the Grosmont area for its entire life, the original owner having been a member of the Eynon family. The vendor is understood to be only her third owner. Having the customary double seat and being capable of a good turn of speed, these tractors are ideal for road runs with a co-pilot riding shotgun for company and with the cowling and side-panels in situ can be surprisingly cosy, even on winter runs. Regrettably, no registration documents or log-book are present and there appears to be no evidence of the original registration number.

192000 Subaru Impreza WRX STi JDM Bug EyeReg. no. X711 JREChassis No: GDB-004157Transmission: ManualMileage: 147,391 kms (91,584 miles)MOT: August 2023With the first generation of Impreza running for seven years, it was no surprise the GD, 2nd generation came up against some stiff criticism in terms of looks. More recently though it has become far more popular. Only 4079 WRX STi of this period were produced according to the Type RA forum database, of which 2,271 were painted in the iconic 02C Mica blue, like this example. The car produced 276bhp from factory, thanks to STi offering a forged EJ207 engine with uprated heads with VF30 turbo. This was coupled to a 6-speed gearbox with R180 drivetrain. As a result, this generation of Impreza still offers the agile, AWD package that is perfect for B-road blasting. This particular car was registered in Japan in December of 2000. It was then imported into the UK in July 2019 where the current logbook shows just one previous owner. It was imported as a grade 4 and remains in really good order. There is no rust to be seen on the panels, they are good and straight. The underside is very clean only having been in the UK less than four years. The STi interior is also in excellent condition throughout including seat material and bolster wear.It performs exactly how you would expect. It pulls hard with no issues under load, whilst the 6-speed gearbox performs well in all gears and changes really nicely. Everything that has been modified on the car is reversible so you could put it completely back to stock or further enhance the car with more changes. The engine remains the standard EJ207 STi unit. The only modifications are typical import ones and include stainless exhaust system, Greddy boost gauge, Blitz turbo timer, steering wheel and DVD player. It also has a Greddy radiator, NAPAC strut braces, recently fitted Tein Coilovers and a very rare, genuine Varis carbon bonnet which are over £1,400 new plus shipping from the USA. Easily changed if you are not a fan and sold on; it also has a Thatcham alarm system. The car has clearly been looked after in Japan as well as loved here in the UK. It is ready to be used by its new owner. It was last serviced in August 2022 which is when the fresh coilovers and drop links were fitted; a timing belt kit was changed in October of 2021. The sale does include a large amount of history, the majority of parts supplied by Import Car Parts and the work being carried out by Quins Specialist Cars. A spare key and alarm fob are also included. Further images and videos are available upon request.Estimate: £9,000 - 11,000To be auctioned along with a fantastic selection of other vehicles on July 1st at our Showell Farm site, SN15 2NU with viewing on the 29th and 30th of June, you can also join us at our Nostalgia Social cars & coffee event on June 25th. Lot 401937 Austin 18/6 York 7-Seater SaloonReg. no. DOM 485Chassis no. E/RZ51619Engine no. 1FE12311Transmission: ManualMOT: Exempt Estimate: £8,000 – 10,000The Austin 18 was introduced in 1937 and was supplied in two different wheelbases to carry five or seven passengers. Its engine and front seat were mounted nine inches further forward than that of its predecessor, the York Sixteen. The chassis was also extended by three inches, giving plenty more passenger space. This example appears to be very original and presents very well, having been in a heated garage for many years. It was previously sold in our last auction and described as needing a recommission after being stood for a period of time. The current vendor purchased the car, then proceeded to do exactly that. Although the bodywork remains as before, it’s in good solid condition with some imperfections, the mechanicals have been overhauled to ensure the car runs and drives reliably. It would look at home at a show or used as a working classic. It is offered with a receipt for the 1985 purchase and a copy of an old V5.To be auctioned along with a fantastic selection of other vehicles on July 1st at our Showell Farm site, SN15 2NU with viewing on the 29th and 30th of June, you can also join us at our Nostalgia Social cars & coffee event on June 25th.
