Oak and ash wheel-back Windsor chair, shaped seat, turned legs, width 60cm, height 105cm; and another Windsor chair. (2)Condition report:The older of the two has a fair degree of movement in the frame, a split has formed from the front of the shaped seat extending to where the finger is on the additional image. Some natural splits along grain of the arms. Historic worm to hind legs, back rails and arms. Some old repairs to back rails.Themore modern chair also has movement in the frame but no splits. Wear to the patina through use. No worm activity past or present.
Pair of Regency mahogany sabre leg carver chairs, overstuffed seats, width 56cm, height 87cm; three French walnut salon chairs; and two Victorian mahogany dining chairs. (7)Condition report:Pair dining chairs - one has loose joints to the front supports. Old repairs to the top rails and uprights flanking the broader rail. General wear and scratches through use. The upholstered seats are stained and are lacking a bit of support in the middles.Carver chairs - one has two old metal brackets securing the left arm. Both have other old repairs and restorations throughout. As they currently are the frames are fairly sound and rigid. The seat upholstery is looking a little dated.French salon chairs: All three are currently sound. One back has historic repairs, evident at the join of the top rail and lower right hand corner of the back. Some colour variations to the frames.

Several cracks to the wood, areas of the structure are loose, including some of the leather. A mirror is broken. Some splinters and loose wood to the interior. Possible repairs to the leather (foil has been used).
