Set of six elm and beech kitchen chairs, 88cm high.Condition report:Two further images have been uploaded showing the six. Five of the six are stamped 'BN' to the back of the seat, the sixth chair is not stamped but visually it appears a very near match (if it didn't originate from the same workshop). All chairs have condition issues - some seats are split along natural lines, the top rails are all heavily worn and misshapen. Some stretchers have old repairs, some rails are "dog-chewed".
Small Edwardian Chesterfield settee, in need of reupholstery, turned and ringed walnut legs, raised on casters, width 170cm, depth 76cm, height 64cm.Condition report:The frame is generally sound, some slight movement to the arms, but the frame remains perfectly functional. The legs are all sound as well, some knocks and wear to the front ones. The Back and arms feel as though they are horsehair stuffed and still offer some support. The seat itself may need addressing - the springs feel firm, but the padding is lacking support, especially on the left hand side (as you look at it). The white cotton cover as is is stained and marked, with some spot tear repairs. The depth from the very back to the front of the seat is 76cm (if placed against wall, that is how deep it would protrude).
Mid-Century three-seat leather sofa, designed by Børge Morgenson, model 2209, designed 1965, mushroom-coloured leather, stained legs, width 174cm, depth 80cm, height 72cm.Condition report:Height to the seat (to top of cushions) is about 16inches/ 40cm. Height to the top of the front rail is 12inches/ 31cm. There is an inch wide puncture wound to the back, with a few scars surrounding the hole. The leather elsewhere to the main sofa frame is without any holes or tears, some scuffing and discolouration along the top of the back rest, and similar to the front rail of the seat. Two of the back cushions has scars to the leather that don't pieces completely through - one being six inches, the other an inch. Otherwise the cushions are well used but not ripped. The stained wood supports are scuffed and marked and would benefit from being refinished. The springs remain sound.
