A 19th Century French Beech Wood Framed Armchair, the moulded frame carved with flowers, the back, seat and arms upholstered in pale blue striped cloth, on turned and fluted legsGeneral scattered scratching and darker staining to the wooden components of the frame. At the top left hand side, right hand side and where the crest rail connects to the arms there are signs of shrinkage and the joints are slightly loose with proud pegs, and on the back there are areas of repair on the left hand side and a piece of timber at the top of the crest rail that appears to have been glued back on. The upholstery appears to be in good overall clean condition with no obvious tears or rips or stains, however it is heavily worn on the arms and is beginning to fray and the surround of the crest rail at the top has loose fabric. General heavier wear to the feet and legs commensurate with age. The item is structurally sound however there is some movement in the joints.

A Pair of George III Mahogany Hall Chairs, the shaped backs with moulded edges, matching wood seats inset with plain oval cartouche, on turned legs The first chair - top back there is some general signs of scratching and the the seat some darker staining. on the back there are three pegs pushing proud. The whole of the chair at the back it is different colour to the legs and the seat. Back legs appear to be replacements. Joints are tight and the item is structurally sound with little to no movement to the joints.The other chair - light scattered scratching to the whole. The seat has some watermarks and darker staining. Again the back has pegs that are proud and the back legs are a slightly different shade to the back and seat, they are either heavily faded or have been repaired/replaced. The back left hand leg there is a small area of timber damage around 0.25ins square. Joints are tight with little to no movement. The pair are in a fair condition.
A Victorian Ebonised Frame Day Bed, with rectangular back, out scrolled arms, the back, seat and arms upholstered in green cloth, on ebonised turned feet with castors, approximately 62ins longThe upholstery appears to be in a fairly good overall condition with no obvious tears or rips. The cushions remain firm and it is remarkably comfortable. There are no stains or foul odours emitting from the item. However on the right hand side the fabric banding is loose but present and it is slightly worn around the right hand corner and the back left hand side. Overall the joints are fairly solid with only a little bit of movement. There is general heavier wear to the feet commensurate with age.
A Pair of Early 20th Century Oak Armchairs, with spindle turned backs, seats upholstered in green dralon and on turned front legs General light scattered scratching to all wooden components of the frame and some notable areas of darker staining, especially around the turned splats. The joints are very loose in both of the chairs due to age and shrinkage. These appear to have been re-upholstered sometime in their lifetime, and the upholstery is still firm. There are no obvious signs of wear, tears or rips or stains, however the cloth lining around the base of the seat is loose but present. General heavier wear to the supports and stretchers commensurate with age.They are somewhat narrow and because of their flimsy nature are not the most comfortable of chairs, and they are 34ins high, 18ins deep x 20ins wide
A Chinese Hardwood Three Piece Lounge Suite, the low backs and arms inset with fretted scroll panels, and on square legs, comprising - three seat settee, 72ins (183cm) wide x 29.5ins (75cm) high, and a pair of matching easy chairs, with loose cushions in floral and bird chintz Sofa - the upholstery of the cushion appears to be heavily stained in various places. However there are no obvious tears, rips or wear to the seat or cushions. There are no foul orders emanating from it. The arms are slightly faded. Leather shows some repairs and cracking, but have a pleasing used vintage look. Left arm to one chair appears to have been repaired.
