Arts and Crafts style oak armchair, circa 1920s, scrolled carved arms and paw feet, width 69cm, height 91cm.Condition report:Frame remains sound and without any movement. Some light surface wear and marks. No evident splits or breaks. The seat is removable and sprung. Some wear to the upholstery.
1930s three-piece walnut bergere lounge suite, comprising three seat sofa and two armchairs, shaped backs, in modern Art Nouveau style upholstery and loose cushions, sofa width 166cm, armchair width 65cm.Condition report:In a very good overall condition. Cane panels are all sound. The upholstery is free of any tears, rips, or significant staining. Some marks and light surface wear to the wooden frame, otherwise the frames are sound.
Wheel Horse 110-4 ride on lawnmower, 30", 10hp engine, with rear grass bagger.Condition report:6V battery is flat so not able to confirm if presently working. The key barrel possibly needs replacing. The motor itself seems maintained. Some fuel in the tank. Rips and tears to the seat cover. AT least 30 years old. With engine manual, operator manual, and repair ticket dated 1991, two keys. Comes with a side chucker. There is no middle section to the plastic shoot to feed into the grass box.
Mahogany adjustable liner chair, scrolled arms, buttoned upholstery, width 61cm, height 97cm.Condition report:Some movement to the arms. The mechanism is a little temperamental, it certainly has the capacity to trap your finger. The wooden aspects are all sound, free of any significant break or evident repair. The upholstery is free of any rips or significant staining, but showing wear to the arms and front of the seat.
Pair of Regency George IV rosewood dining chairs, stamped 'Gillows Lancaster', balloon backs, rushed seats, carved seat rails, fluted tapering front supports, 84cm, (distressed).Qty: 2Condition report:Quite crude repairs to both top rails. Worm holes to the seat rails. Loss of rosewood veneer to the top of the front seat rail/ over the carved blocks. Cane work panels heavily punctured. Some seat blocks to the underside missing. The finish all over is poor - water marks and wear.
Victorian elm and ash Windsor chair, arched back with pierced vase splat and turned spindles, the arms with turned supports, shaped seat, turned legs joined by a stretcher, width 52cm, height 103cm.Condition report:The seat has several cracks and a repair. There is evidence of woodworm on one arm, to the back and the seat base. One spindle has been bound. There is some scratching to the back and a couple of the other spindles are slightly loose at the top. There is a noticeable difference in colour between the arms and back. Victorian mahogany and leather library chair, scrolled frame with boxwood stringing, cariole legs, close studded leather, width 62cm, height 97cm.Condition report:Some historic scratches to the top rails and crests of the arms. The leather is generally ok, no rips or tears. There is some fading to the colour of the seat pad and left hand side panel especially is sun bleached. The seat pad has had some tape on one surface at some point, leaving a shadow. Frame is sound.
Beechwood slat-back fireside armchair, turned supports, old repairs to the arms, width 69cm, depth 46cm, height 112cm.Condition report:One arm support has been repaired using a metal rod. The two arm supports do match. There are scratches to the seat top and rubbing to the top of the back and one splat. There is a crack to the back of the seat and to two legs. All four legs are scuffed. The chair feels sound. Please see additional uploaded images.
