The chair having a pierced geometrically patterned backsplat over a caned seat flanked by curved elbow rests raised on turned legs united by stretchers. Measures approx. 84cm x 54cm x 44cm.

Support with verticle crack. Base with veneer losses and cracks. Other example with repairs to legs otherwise OK.
A set of eight Regency mahogany dining chairsCondition report: Structurally sound with the exception of one carver which has severe separation of joints from legs. Seat blocks on all have been replaced. Brass inlay to four chairs is loose, one of these chairs is lacking approximately 4.5cm of brass inlay. One of the dining chairs has a substantial break to the back-left support. No evidence of worm but legs have usual scuffs and scrapes.
An 18th-century oak long stool on boldly turned supports 122cm by 36cm by 51cmCondition report: Chips to two corners and the moulded edge, crack forming here also. Central knot under seat separating with age. All four legs with splits forming due to age. One leg with a very old loss. Has generally had a hard life but is full of good patina and character. Structurally sound.
Pair of Chinese 19th c. bamboo horseshoe back chairs. The chairs are made from bound bamboo, of arching yoke back form.
