An antique carved oak corner elbow chair:, composed of 17th/early 18th Century figural stiles now forming the splats, having a shaped and foliate top rail and upholstered slip in seat with foliate scroll seat rail on spirally turned legs, united by x-frame stretcher and with a further figural stile to the front support.
A pair of carved mahogany open armchairs:, in the Chippendale taste, the cartouche-shaped backs with top rails in the form of mythical bird's heads centred by fan-shaped panels, having vase-shaped central splats with flowerhead rosette and foliate decoration, the shaped arm supports with mythical bird's head terminals, having upholstered slip in seats with gadrooned seat rails, on cabriole legs headed with cartouche foliate ornament, terminating in claw and ball feet, circa 1920.

By Peter Dudgeon, London - A carved beechwood bergere armchair:, in the Louis XV provincial taste, the upholstered cartouche shaped back with flowerhead and foliate scroll cresting, having padded outswept arm supports and serpentine fronted cushion seat, on moulded cabriole legs, terminating in scroll feet.
A teak dining table, six chairs and sideboard, circa 1970, the table extending top raised on turned tapering legs; the chairs each with curved cresting rail above slat back, the seat cushion upholstered in green dralon raised on square tapering legs; the sideboard fitted two fall flaps centred by shelf above three drawers and four cupboard doors, raised on square tapering legs, 73 x 18 x 48in. high.
A 20th Century design suite, of two-seater sofa and a pair of chairs, each with button back black leather upholstery and mustard coloured material seat cushions, raised on tapering ebonised legs with brass caps. NOTE Each bears paper label to underside, inscribed "9756" of a similar type to a label found an underside of one chair in Lot XXV57411\36, by Holm Oak for Gordon Russell Utility no. 8756 entered from the same estate.
