WW1, WW2 and Indian Military interest - two albums of photographs, the first album containing WW1 period photographs, mostly small (2½ x 1¾in.) but some larger, many with hand written inscriptions and locations, mostly Quetta, Bushire etc. dated 1915-17, depicting British military personnel, Indian troops, training and recreational scenes, some military equipment and vehicles etc., including a two seat biplane, the album 7½ x 10in.; plus some larger loose pages with similar, larger photos dated 1916, some of Kolohoi in the Himalayas; the pre-WW2 period album dated 1935-39, including pages titled 'With the Mohmand Field Force 1935', 'Scenes in Mussoorie Oct. 1935', the majority of the album more domestic and holiday photos, the album 9¼ x 12¾in. *The WW1 album with detached cover & 1st page, spine damaged. Foxing to pages and minor damp damage to a few photos. The photos good overall. The loose WW1 period pages with some insect damage to page edges, but photos good. Pre-WW2 album good overall - a few photos missing throughout.
An Edwardian child's oak rocking chair, the splat inlaid with a roundel depicting 'Blind man's bluff', acorn finials and rush seat, 27¼in. (69.3cm.) high. * Sturdy construction, the rush seat with a little wear but generally good, front seat slat attached to rush with split, nice patina, good.
A Victorian spoon back ladies chair, the carved showframe with foliate surmount and terminals, the button back and seat in deep pink velour, raised on carved cabriole front legs with brass castors, 35½in. (90cm.) high, 15in. (38cm.) high to seat. * Left front leg has been repaired, separation of showframe on right hand side.

Upper part of front right leg has some woodworm. The top rail doesnt fit properly and it's quite some way out. There are splits on the arm rest rail meets the top rail. Many extra photos added.
