A Continental Rococo Style Window Seat, 19h century, of unusual form, with hinged seat, carved with scrolls and acanthus leaves, 115cm by 41cm by 71cmBroken at one end. Cracked right through top to bottom next to the scroll carving, the opposing side is the same. The other end is also cracked. Still feels solid though there is damage there. No signs of worm, moth or any other pest. With scuffs and scrapes throughout the frame.

A pair of Edwardian painted satinwood bedroom chairs, each with turned top rail above two horizontal splats, one painted with an urn, the second with a Classical oval in the style of Angelica Kauffman, with Bergère caned seat and raised on turned legs to peg feet, height 85.5cm (2).Provenance: The contents of a Cheshire Country House.Additional InformationOne is slightly sun bleached and is faded in colour, also a little bit of loss to the paint to the top rail of this example. The bergère caning on both is sound, they are both of sound construction. No repairs or major damage, just light surface wear.
