A Victorian cast iron garden seat after a design by Charles D. Young, Edinburgh, c.1870, of naturalistic form, the pierced, shaped back and arms designed as a network of fruiting vines, over a honeycomb style pierced seat, raised on splayed acanthus legs united by stretchers, painted green, 33in. (83.8cm.) long, 31¾in. (80.6cm.) high, minor losses.
A set of five Victorian Coalbrookdale style cast iron garden chairs, c.1880, the curved foliate and scroll spoon back with oval pierced medallion, over a pierced floral rosette circular seat , raised on decorative foliate cabriole style legs, painted white, 15in. A pair of late Victorian carved walnut showframe wingback armchairs, the shaped foliate and anthemion carved top rail over a buttoned wingback, over padded and foliate carved scroll arms and serpentine stuff over seat, well upholstered, raised on angular cabriole style front legs with pottery castors, 36½in. (92.75cm.) high, 25½in. (64.75cm.) wide. (2). *Very good condition overall, with very good upholstery.
A late Victorian carved walnut spoon back ladies chair, the showframe carved with a ribbon scroll, foliage and keywork, with scrolled foliate surmount, the buttoned back and seat in pale gold, raised on turned tapered and fluted front legs with pottery castors, 37¾in. (96cm.) high, 15in. (38cm.) high to seat.
A late Victorian walnut small armchair, the flared, button back and bowfront seat upholstered in gold, with an incised and floral, foliate and husk carved showframe with crowned foliate cresting, over foliate carved scroll arms, raised on incised, turned and tapered front legs on toupie feet, 36½in. An Edwardian painted satinwood piano stool in the George III style, the hinged padded seat with storage beneath, between pierced, outswept arms, raised on square, tapered supports with spade feet, the exterior painted with floral bouquets, musical trophies and swags, 25 x 14in. (63.5 x 35.5cm.), 25in. (63.5cm.) high.
A Regency mahogany framed settee, with slightly concave back over upswept S-shaped ends and leaf carved terminals, the reeded seat rail with two leaf carved plaques above the broad tapering reeded sabre legs, with brass foliate cap castors, upholstered in pale green and ivory floral lattice upholstery, 82in. (208cm.) long, 33in. (83.8cm.) high.
An early Victorian carved rosewood adjustable piano stool, the revolving, circular stuff over seat on an octagonal baluster turned column, raised on three scroll carved cabriole supports with scrolled toes, 20½ to 22in. (52 to 56cm.) high.. *Good condition. Revolves and adjusts correctly. Reupholstered in green velour. No faults.

(80cm.) wide.. *Some fading and staining to upholstery throughout. Some wear and small rubbed hole to seat. Structurally sound.
A George III mahogany camel back settee, late 18th century, the serpentine back over scroll arms and a loose cushion seat, upholstered in pale green floral damask, raised on six square tapered legs united by peripheral and H-stretchers, with pottery castors, 73in. (185.5cm.) long, 37in. (94cm.) high.
A closely matched set of ten William IV rosewood balloon back dining chairs, comprising a set of six and a closely matched set of four chairs, all with scroll bar backs, with drop in seats, raised on lappet carved turned front legs with toupie feet. (10). *All but one very solid and all have been well upholstered. One chair (from the set four) has a couple of old repairs to the joints and it is quite not as stable as the others, but is still usable. It also has a chip to the front left foot. Seven chairs have some old inactive worm holes to the front/back beechwood seat rails and a couple of chairs have a minor old glued repair to help secure one leg joint, but remain totally stable. A good, well matched set overall
