A Victorian Gothic Revival carved oak throne chair in the manner of Pugin, the pierced carved top rail flanked by French baroque style columns, the main back panel decorated with armorial shield and Gothic arch and foliate carved decorated field, the swept arms with lion mask caps and pierced side panels over a plain two plank seat with foliate carved edge over pierced carved rails on blind fretwork carved front supports united to the plain back supports by a shaped chamfered H stretcher 67 cm wide x 59 cm deep x 136.5 cm high CONDITION REPORTS The seat is split badly, gapping around the joints, some chips knocks, etc to the extremities especially the top right hand finial. Appears to have had some restoration throughout and possible replacement block supports under the masks on the arms. General wear and tear conducive to age and use. See images for more information.
An Edwardian armchair with scroll back raised on ringed and turned front legs 85 cm high CONDITION REPORTS Additional measurements - 81 cm wide max x seat interior width 47 cm wide x seat interior depth 61 cm. Overall depth 75 cm. Height in original catalogue description. Condition - with some marks / staining to the calico covering. Woodwork basically sound though with some scratching and wear and tear conducive with age and use. Appears to have originally had castors which are now missing. See images for further detail.

A circa 1900 Chesterfield sofa upholstered in duck egg blue wool, raised on three ringed and turned fronted legs to brass caps and castors, 203 cm wide x 93 cm deep x 70 cm high CONDITION REPORTS From the front the upholstery looks fairly good with the exception of the left scroll arm front panel requiring attention. Feet basically sound though with scratches, dents, wear and tear etc conducive with age and use. However, rear of upholstery clearly in need of attention. A pair of early 19th century mahogany and original silk-upholstered Empire style open arm chairs (for re-upholstery)Structurally fairly stable, little movement to joints. Areas of old worm to frames, veneer loss also. General surface wear, scratches and marking consistent with age and use. Seat H - 43cm, look to be a fraction low, perhaps cut down.
