A Set of Twelve Carved Mahogany Dining Chairs, attributed to R Strahan of Dublin, late 19th century, in George II style, upholstered in close-nailed red leather, with gothic tracery carved splats above serpentine shaped seat rails and raised on cabriole forelegs, including two carvers, singles 56cm by 49cm by 94cm, carvers 60cm by 52cm by 96cm
Maryport &. Carlisle 14 inch. Dial wall mounted weight driven wall railway clock, ex Brayton Station Signal Box. The brass weight driven movement has rectangular plates, turned pillars with central rings and is mounted on a seat board, the pendulum has a flat steel rod with a brass bob. The Dial with subsidiary second dial is marked with the supplier's name of W. Wilson Maryport and the oak case with chisel to the base retains its enamel LNWR numberplate 5668, inside the door is inscribed various markings including R Norman 9/5/60-18/3/61 Denys Brayton 22-5-33. The clock was acquired in 1967 when the signal box was closed. A superb timepiece from this relatively small railway company, in working condition complete with weight pendulum and key.

A George III provincial country oak dining chair, with bar back and solid seat on chamfered legs, with two other country chairs (3) CONDITION REPORT: All of the chairs with general age wear patina to surface throughout. The arm chair has a split to the seat. A couple of other smaller hair line cracks. Overall fair.
A Victorian walnut salon sofa, with brown upholstery and scroll end arms, on turned and gadrooned legs, 79cm H x 165cm W x 75cm D CONDITION REPORT: Upholstery tired and a little grubby. Trim loose in parts and springs beneath seat feel a little weak. The left hand leg has some resin running between this and the frame of the settee, the leg must have been re-attached. General light age wear to wood surface throughout. Perhaps has a flower head to the lower centre section beneath the seat.
