A 1920's oak grandmother clock, the arched brass dial with Roman numerals and with roundel inscribed tempus fugit, with three train movement chiming on five gongs. 169 cm high. CONDITION REPORT: The movement winds on all three trains and appears to be ticking away. When the movement is advanced the clock attempts to strike however the clock movement is not positioned correctly on the seat board and therefore the hammers are not striking the gongs. The movement is a little dirty and the strike action appears a little slow to us. The brass face is a little tarnished but has no serious issues. The case is also in good order with no significant problems.
