A Victorian ebonized and brass mounted revolving cello chair, the seat rail stamped with `V.R.` royal cypher and `Frogmore House, Windsor Castle`, the curved bar back with lyre support above an overstuffed green velour seat, raised on slightly splayed tapering legs united by a platform stretcher, height approx 88.5cm.
A Fine Chinese Lacquered & Giltwood Folding Armchair. The horse-shoe-shaped back sloped down at the front with outswept scroll terminals forming the hand rests, ornamented with embossed & incised sheet brass appliqués on a red/brown lacquered ground. The back splat having a square gilded centre panel carved with scrolling dragons surrounding a circular boss. The leather slung seat on folding X-frame supports.
A Chinese Inlaid Padouk Garden Seat/Stand. The barrel-shaped form having a round top with a pink mottled marble inset surrounded by an outer rim of mother-of-pearl button studs. The pierced sides having a shaped apron and four bulge uprights intricately decorated with trailing vines and interwoven with four linked-together quatrefoils inlaid with clouds. Terminating on small lappet feet 20 ins (51 cms) in height, the top 15 ins (38 cms) in diameter.

Terminating on small lappet feet 21 ins (53.5 cms) in height, the top 14½ ins (37 cms) in diameter (a few minor losses of inlay).
A Fine 19th Century Carved Walnut Library Chair. The upholstered & buttoned back surmounted by a crested rail between reeded uprights with scrolled back tops and carved anthemions to the bases. The padded arms resting on the the wings of carved recumbent sphinxes. The sprung seat above a burr figured frieze with edge moulding raised on lobed & stop fluted legs tapering down to brass caps & castors. The upholstery re-covered in yellow fabric woven with small repeated fleur-de-lys motifs and edged in piping. 44½ ins (113 cms) high, 25 ins (64 cms) wide, 27 ins (70 cms) deep.
A Pair of Regency Mahogany Hall Chairs. The unusual shell form backs carved above c-scroll waists. The rectangular moulded seats above curved and reeded seat rails and flanked by swept reeded legs.[A similar pair of Gillows stamped hall chairs are in the collection of Abbot Hall Art Gallery, Kendal. Gillows also made a set of `shell back` hall chairs for the Rev. Holland Edwards of Pennant, Conway, North Wales in 1811. The downswept arms enriched with incised crosshatching and scroll volutes. The rectangular back depicting a central landscape with two female figures resting beside a fountain, one with a gentleman bathing her feet. The long seat and outswept C-scrolling arms covered with woven undulating foliate forms. Standing on three front cabriole legs enriched with ornamental scrolls & foliage descending to scroll knop feet. 38 ins (96½ cms) high, 63 ins (160 cms) wide, 30 ins (76 cms) deep.
