An unusual 19th Century French Canadian pine Settle/Folding Bed, the spindled back with bobbin style vertical turnings above a folding front seat and front with two panelled section facing, on short stile feet, approx. 187cm wide x 60cm deep x 94cm high (highest point at back rail) CONDITION REPORT: The top rails and spindles with some wear commensurate with age, both arms with old reparation, the seat with some water damage and staining, shrinkage, cracks etc., both end panels and rails show signs of some water damage and interior hinges replaced, left hand retaining hook missing, overall scratches, wear and tear commensurate with age (see images).
An unusual mid-19th century carved rosewood and upholstered Low Chair, the top rail very tightly carved with scrolls and flower heads above an arched back and stuff-over seat , the pronounced cabriole legs headed with decorative motifs in relief to the knees and terminating in French style scrolls with castors
A small Chinese stoneware barrel-shaped Garden Seat with pierced Shou characters and auspicious objects, a Ruyi band to the top and two vignettes in relief with dragons contesting the sacred pearl amongst stylised clouds etc., the base with lappet band, raised on Chinese hardwood five-legged Stand, the Garden Seat 26cm high (probably 19th century) CONDITION REPORT: Some wear to gilding is noted and darkening of gilding etc., although no major chips, cracks, hairlines or any restoration of any type is noted, the item appears to be in good general original condition overall and has come to us for auction sale via a private vendor whose parents and grandparents collected Chinese ceramics during the early part of the 20th Century. The underside of the foot appears quite dirty. The Chinese hardwood Stand appears in good general overall condition although it is faded in a ring around the edge of the top platform, no major breaks or repairs noted.

Britains post WW2 Zoo series set 24Z restrung into original box, but now containing Taylor & Barrett seat, 2 children and keeper sitting astride instead of Britains pieces, missing Zoo keeper on foot, generally G, zookeeper F, box G, Britains Tortoise with small hole, seated Panda cub with small dent, some stringing loose. T & B zookeeper seated astride missing whip. Box lid with 2 split corners and pencilled description inside. Small area of loss top left of label.

An Indian hardwood elbow chair, possibly Bombay circa 1900 With a scrolling leafy openwork crest above turned spindles and a cane work back panel, flanked by two leaf carved armrests with grotesque mask terminals above a conforming cane work seat, carved front frieze and profusely carved front tapering legs with peg feet and carved rear legs of square section with similarly leaf carved cross stretchers, 103cm high.
