A pair of Victorian mahogany panel seated hall chairs, the backs with C-scroll and acanthus decoration raised on moulded cabriole front legs to scroll decorated feet CONDITION REPORTS Wear, scuffs and patination conducive with age and use. Some knocks and chips to edges, including one seat with wear and some chips to front edge. Joints appear to have been reglued and there are some replacement blocks to the underside.

A painted wrought iron and slatted garden elbow chair in the Regency taste and a set of painted cast iron railings in the Art Nouveau taste (2 large, 2 small) CONDITION REPORTS Railings - the two large and one small interconnecting sections form a run 194cm long total x 64cm high, and the other small section (with no connectors) is approx 25cm wide x 66cm high. Some rusting and small chips, but overall appear fairly sturdy. The ends which lack a connector appear to have been cut down. The connectors appear to require a bolt or similar to secure them. The chair is quite rusted and has some splits, dents and losses and separation at joins as a result of the rust, seat also requires an additional bolt to secure it.
