A George III Joined Oak Settle, late 18th century, the moulded top rail above five fielded panels and a later close-nailed green velvet seat, with downswept arms, plain seat rail and stout cabriole forelegs with hoof feet, 187cm by 69cm by 107cm CONDITION REPORT: Seat height from the floor is 45cm. Settle is structurally sound and with a uniform colour throughout. General scratches (some deep) to the front seat rail. Later recovered seat reasonable with some light soiling.

An Early 18th Century Oak Joint Stool, the four peg moulded top above a plain frieze, on baluster turned legs with block feet joined by a peripheral stretcher, 45cm by 27cm by 45cm CONDITION REPORT: The top with some old decay mostly visible from the underside and corners. There is a repair to the top section on the top of one of the legs just below the seat. The small stretchers are possibly replaced and two of the block feet have also been repaired. One of the corners of the seat has been smoothed away.
A Mid 19th Century Yorkshire Yewwood Windsor Armchair, with double spindle back support, pierced splat and moulded seat, on turned legs joined by a crinoline stretcher, 57cm by 40cm by 90cm CONDITION REPORT: Reasonable condition however there is some slight movements in the joints mainly around the legs. The arms with very slight natural split evident. The rear two legs replaced. Movement in the front-right leg around stretcher with old glue around the joints of the stretcher.
A Set of Four Early 18th Century Joined Oak High-Back Dining Chairs, the shell carved top rails above pierced splats with later upholstered drop-in seats, the plain seat rails on shell carved cabriole legs with carved claw feet, 52cm by 44cm by 102cm CONDITION REPORT: . Some play in the joints. Repairs to legs with timber sections spliced in and blocks added to the rear. Paw feet later added. Wear and chips throughout.
A Pair of Elm-Seated Stools, mid 19th century, of pegged construction, on turned and spindle supports, 38cm by 25cm by 47cm CONDITION REPORT: One stool is lighter in colour than the other, this lighter coloured stool has numerous cut marks to the top. Some slight movement in the leg joints and traces of green? paint to the underside. The other stool is structurally better but again with some cut marks around the seat. Both chairs are usable.
A Late 17th Century Oak Joint Stool, the nailed top above a plain frieze, on turned and carved baluster legs with block feet joined by a peripheral stretcher, 44cm by 88cm by 48cm CONDITION REPORT: The top with poor various decay, splits and nailed repairs. A section of timber is also missing from below the seat. Further old decay around the legs including splits to the block feet and stretchers.

A late 19th c. Mahogany framed Nursing Chair having turned, fluted and Greek key decorated front legs, swept back legs extending upwards to form the turned, fluted and foliage decorated supports to the back. Nicely upholstered with an over-stuffed seat and buttoned back in light and dark beige striped fabric.

The back feels slightly rough to the touch, it possibly got damp at some point, although the veneers aren't bubbling/lifting and there are no water marks or damage.
